Up to Nine People Taken to SLO County Hospital for Heat-Related Illnesses at Camp Roberts

Cal Fire in San Luis Obispo County says as many as nine people were transported to Twin Cities Community Hospital in Templeton for heat related illnesses at Camp Roberts on Saturday. Three ambulances were dispatched to the California Army National Guard base but no additional information was made available on the victims or an update on their condition. The temperature at the Paso Robles Airport was reported at 107 degrees at 5:00 pm on Saturday.
