Stabbing in Santa Maria Under Investigation

A stabbing in Santa Maria sends one man to the hospital. Just after midnight on Saturday, police responded to Marian Regional Medical Center after the 21 year old victim arrived in the emergency room with a stab wound. The victim told police that he was at a party within the 1000 block of West Church Street and was stabbed by an unknown assailant after a fight. The victim, who was not identified, was reported in stable condition and an investigation into the stabbing is still continuing.
