A San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's Deputy has pleaded not guilty to a charge of midemeanor domestic violence. 37 year old John Pozdolski was in a San Luis Obispo Superior Courtroom in Paso Robles on Thursday relating to the July 16th incident in Los Osos while Pozdolski was off duty. According to a press release from the Sheriff's Department, Pozdolski was arrested after "an internal investigation into this and other related matters and he was placed on paid administrative leave until the court process and internal investigation is completed." A judge also granted a restraining order in the case, meaning that Pozdolski must stay away from the alleged victim and have no contact with her. A pre-trial hearing has been scheduled for October 17th.
