One of Four Defendants in Paso Robles Murder in Sentenced
One of the four suspects in a Paso Robles murder case has been sentenced to 14 years and 8 months in state prison. 30 year old Tabatha Brown pleaded guilty to five criminal counts relating to the murder of Robert Uyeno at the Farmhouse Motel in August of last year. That included residential burglary, possession of stolen property and being an accessory to a crime. Another defendant, Jennifer Velten, entered a plea of guilty to murder and received 15 years to life in prison, Alberton Fierros pleaded no contest to murder and received a sentence of 25 years to life in prison.
A fourth defendant, John Wesley Barrett was found incompetent to stand trial.
