Closure of Broadway in Santa Maria is Scheduled Saturday for Cruzin’ for Life

Colin Jones with CalTrans tells the Information Station that a section of Broadway between Cook and Stowell Road in Santa Maria will be closed Saturday for the annual Cruzin' for Life. You will see classic cars and cancer survivors will be riding along. The closure will be from 1:00-3:00 pm. A number of concerts, a dinner and auction are just some of the activities taking place this weekend for Cruizin' for Life, which helps raise funds for services to help people locally who have been diagnosed with cancer including helping them get to medical appointments.
