A Cambria man charged with killing his half brother is expected back in court today. 22 year old Brandon Henslee has pleaded not guilty to charges of killing 20 year old Tyler Hanks, whose body was found in a wooded area on August 26th about two blocks from where both men lived. Henslee is also facing two enhancements, one for the use of a deadly weapon and another for committing a crime with a prior felony. Henslee had been in county jail for a parole violation when he was charged with Hanks' murder last Friday and he remains behind bars with no bail set. Henslee was assigned an attorney during Monday's arraignment.
