Gas Prices Rise in California; Reports Indicate Prices Could Rise Another 30 Cents per Gallon Next Week

Motorists on the Central Coast have been paying quite a bit to fill up their gas tank, but prices could continue to rise over the next week. Some reports indicate gas prices could climb another 30 cents per gallon. Low production in the state combined with a refinery fire during the summer has seen supply drop and prices rise.
Some gas stations in Southern California and here on the Central Coast are selling gas at close to $5.00 per gallon.
