UCSB Police Send Out Text Alert about Man with Rifle on Saturday Morning

UCSB Police sent out a text alert message regarding a man with a rifle walking in Isla Vista. It happened around 4:00 am Saturday and evenutally the man was contacted by Police who said that he was transfering the rifle that he legally owned from his apartment to his vehicle, he had made no threats and no crime was committed.
