Jessica Orca from Santa Maria, the owner of JNG Funding and Orca Financial Services has pleaded no contest to 12 felony counts of grand theft. She now faces 7 years in prison. Prosecutors say that Orca offered to perform loan modification services for her clients and collected advance fees in violation of state law. She also required clients to provide her with money orders and cashier's checks which she told victims would go directly to house payments and foreclosure services, but instead Orca took the money.
