Man Rescued in the Water Near Stearns Wharf in Santa Barbara
A man is rescued from the water near Stearns Wharf in Santa Barbara. The man, who was fully clothed, was discovered clinging to a buoy by a paddleboarder just after 9:00 am on Tuesday. The Harbor Patrol was notified and rescuers were able to bring the man to shore. He may have been suffering from mental health issues and ws taken to Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital.
